Spiral Sewn Buffs

Spiral Sewn Buffs - (1/4” or 3/8” spacing) Coarse cutting action. Sewn in a continuous spiral from the center to the face. Dependable, well-balanced, long wearing wheels for general shop use. Carefully selected, high-grade cotton sheeting assembled to give maximum cutting action. Blistered and boxed buffs have a 1” hole size packaged with DICO toothed flanges for 1/2” spindle. With bulk orders please specify required arbor hole size.

Cushion Sewn Buffs


Cushion Sewn Buffs – Used for light cutting and coloring. A superior grade of fine cotton sheeting held together with two or four circles of lockstitch sewing. Gives a resilient, cushioned effect when in use. Blistered and boxed buffs have a 1” hole size packaged with DICO toothed flanges for 1/2” spindle. With bulk orders please specify required arbor hole size.

Loose Sewn Buffs


Loose Sewn Buffs – An extremely flexible wheel for color buffing. Gives very slight cutting action and is great for hard-to-reach surfaces. Made of fine weave cotton discs joined by one circle of sewing around the arbor hole. Please specify required arbor hole size.

Canton Flannel Buffs


Canton Flannel Buffs – For use with rouge to color gold, silver, and other precious metals. Discs of soft flannel joined by two or four circles of lockstitch sewing. Follow intricate contours easily and will not scratch. Recommended for all final coloring operations. This extra soft wheel will give you the most brilliant finish of all buffs. Made of the finest combed flannel to create an extra soft nap. Blistered and boxed buffs have a 1” hole size packaged with DICO toothed flanges for 1/2” spindle. Sisal Buffs


Sisal Buffs – Cloth covered rope fiber buffs used on stainless steel and other hard metals. Natural, woven fiber covered with cotton and spiral sewn. Sisal is fast cutting and aggressive. Boxed buffs have a 1” hole size packaged with DICO toothed flanges for 1/2” spindle. With bulk orders please specify required arbor hole size.

Fray-Ryte Buffs


Fray-Ryte Buffs – Constructed of layers of pleated bias cloth, creating pockets to hold compound and to eliminate streaking. With a closed face, its narrow profile makes cut down work faster and easier to reach tight places.

Felt Wheels


Felt Wheels – Our 100% Felt wheels are designed and engineered for attaining blemish-free surfaces on a wide variety of materials, including metals and glass. Each wheel is “trued” for even performance. Holds polishing compounds of all types to provide exact finish desired. Felt wheels are available in soft, medium and hard density.
